Expenses

This screen allows entry of expenses incurred by the employee, for reimbursement purposes.

Rules and Guidelines

  • Select the date for the corresponding timesheet details that you are entering.
  • New entries in on this screen are available when all the record s are 'Approved by Administrator', 'Rejected', or 'Saved'.
  • Any record with a status of 'Request Submitted' or 'Approved by Manager' will lock this screen.
  • The "Current Period End Date" is displayed on the right hand side of this screen. This field is read-only.
